DSP3000 - Continuous Oxygen Gas Optical Analyser
Based on UV Fluorescence
The DSP3000 analyser is based on a new technique for measuring dissolved or gaseous oxygen, CO2 or pH. Based on UV fluorescence, this technique has multiple applications and is in many ways superior to existing technologies (greater sensitivity, lower maintenance and cost).
DSP3000 analyser Features
- No maintenance (only the sensitive element needs replacing, every 6 to 12 months)
- No moving parts or fragile membranes
- Long-term stability: no moving parts, self-compensated electronic drift/ lifetime sensor calibration (sensor itself needs to be changed every 6-12 months)
- Measurements can still be taken even in the event of clogging
- Unaffected by turbidity, refractive index or colour
- Little to no interference with H2S, CO2, NH3 ... / interference with Cl2 and SO2
- Automatic Gain Control (AGC)
- No oxygen consumption
- No sample collection (in-situ) (fibre optic)
Sensitivity, Accuracy
- LDL: 1-2 ppm O2 (gas) or less than 1 ppb (Dissolved)
- Pressure & Temperature Compensation (Separate Input)
